I joined Main Street as a sales associate and shortly thereafter became office manager. I was influential in the company obtaining a Prudential Real Estate franchise. As office manager, I doubled the sales force and increased sales volume by 200%. My duties included the supervision and training of 23 associates and 3 support personnel; developing expenditures; heading weekly staff meetings; and the approval of all advertising. In addition, I continued to list and sell property and had a personal sales volume of over $2,000,000.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate – Orlando, FL – 1986 – 1988

I was chosen to be one of eight “Relocation Specialists” for the Orlando area. I handled all aspects of relocation including incoming buyers, transferees, preparation of Broker’s Price Opinions; listing and maintaining properties for our corporate clients. Because of my expertise, I trained and assisted associates in the operation of the Realtron Computer.
